BTG in partnership with the top ranked Healthcare company in Florida has an immediate need for a Project Management Specialist. This position includes a competitive compensation and benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k.

Specialists apply discipline-specific or institutional knowledge and skills in the performance of departmental activities which support the Company's operations. Specialists typically prepare for their role by earning a post-secondary degree in a specific field, obtaining certification, or by on-the-job training and work experience. Incumbents may directly manage a small number of direct reports; the primary function of the role is applying specialized knowledge and skills as an exempt-level individual contributor.

Job responsibilities:
- Facilitate the process with business stakeholders and project team members to gather, understand and translate business
requirements into the project scope and objectives;
- Develop project plan timelines and milestones (work breakdown structures), track progress, monitor and communicate project status and identify and
resolve project-related issues and/or risks;
- Provide project direction and support through the use of project management tools, including the use of estimating and reporting tools
and techniques, estimating tasks, milestones, timeframes and resources required for the work (including labor hours/cost
estimates and capacity plans);
- Document, report and manage all project issues, risks, changes and dependencies;
- Understand and communicate strategic and tactical direction to project resources;
- Manage project resources and financial data, ensuring that project costs stay within the approved budget while delivering project deliverables on time;
- Evaluate, communicate, manage and obtain approval on all changes and impacts to project scope, including impacts to cost, schedules and quality;
- Collaborate and communicate with business and EL&D leaders to ensure project objectives and deliverables are on track to meet business objectives;
- Attend all Group Go-to-Market meetings with business stakeholders, SMEs and other team members;
- Ensure all assigned project deliverables and timelines integrate with and sync with the integrated Group Go-to-Market plan;
- Document and communicate lessons learned and complete all project close-out activities;
- Perform other project management, analyst and administration duties as assigned.
