BTG, in partnership with a top ranked healthcare company in Jacksonville FL, has an immediate need for a Product Manager with Behavioral Health and Digital Health experience.

Requirements of the Position:

Bachelor's degree required, master's degree in public health, behavioral health, or social work preferred
Regardless of degree, must have experience developing and operating Behavioral Health clinical programs
At least seven years' experience in clinical program design or related operational role
Population Health experience preferred
Very strong Microsoft Office capabilities

    Design a behavioral health vertical product solution to deliver effectiveness, efficiency, superlative experiences, and innovation.
    Ensure external and internal stakeholders understand the company's products and value proposition
    Increase revenue opportunities through growth in features, use cases, and markets for product vertical
    Increase operational efficiency and effectiveness within product vertical

    Serve as Subject Matter Expert in the Behavioral Health Solution/Product Line (40%)
    o Develop unparalleled familiarity with assigned solutions
    o Be a thought leader in the business problems that can be solved with solution(s)
    o Develop a deep awareness of competitive solutions in market
    o Ensure internal partners understand solution(s) and their value to external partners
    E.g. training, coaching, answering questions
    o Collaborate with Product Marketing to create written assets explaining solution(s)
    o Be a thought leader in Solution(s) S.W.O.T. and lead build, buy vendor analysis within product vertical
    Support Solution(s) Strategy for Behavioral Health product offerings (30%)
    o Engage clients and stakeholders in needs and feedback discovery
    o Inform product development road maps for the behavioral health product vertical
    E.g. Feature enhancement, new features
    o Develop additional use cases for Solution(s) within product vertical
    o Ideate on new Solutions specific to product vertical
    Business Planning (20%)
    o Create and maintain solution(s) business cases
    Model and define solution value - qualitatively and quantitatively
    o Requirements discovery
    o Strategic planning with OLH solutions architects and development managers
    Strategic Support (10%)
    o Participate in quarterly business reviews with internal stakeholders
    o Support Responses to RFP's Help develop "new territory" content with relevant SME's
    o Work on high value opportunities with Director of Product Management (and senior level business stakeholders as needed) within the behavioral health product vertical
    o Participate in client QBR's, sales demos, client demo's as needed
