Job Description

One of our clients in the Jacksonville, FL area has an immediate need for an Organization Change Management Consultant. The perfect candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Integral role partnering with Human Resources and Customer Experience to define and implement change management project strategy related to enterprise-wide projects and programs to put the customer first and at the center of all we do. Create and implement change management tactics that maximize employee adoption/usage and minimize resistance within project teams. Gain consensus with stakeholders to advance the cultural strategy and roadmap.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Serve as an internal consultant on project team performance assessment, project-specific organizational change, and culture assessment 
  • Drive all associated projects, standardization of change management process, transparency in change project execution through key metrics reporting and benefit capture tracking, and provide management reporting 
  • Monitor and ensure that the change management approach for projects meets organizational standards and practices focusing on continuous improvement and process efficiencies (10%)
  • Create and implement change management plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance for specific projects: 
  • Develop comprehensive change management plans
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessment
  • Monitor and evaluate change tactic effectiveness
  • Develop and execute robust communications plan
  • Serve as change management coach to project teams
  • Rapidly become familiar with business processes and technologies used throughout the enterprise in order to understand customer challenges and asses the environment for change
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Possess professionalism and leadership presence in all aspects of team and customer relationship-building
Job Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years related work experience, implementing change management efforts/ delivering change management solutions, experience creating, implementing and managing transformation, experience working in Human Resources, etc.
  • Project leadership/management experience
  • Strengths in analytical problem solving, relationship management, and strategic insight
  • Client-centric focus
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
