One of our clients located in the Southside/Beaches area of Jacksonville, FL has an immediate need for a Marketing Management Specialist . The perfect candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Position Description:
The Medicare Solutions - Marketing Support will be responsible for supporting all aspects of various collateral materials including but not limited to: Enrollment Guides, Member materials, corporate and agent sales collateral, under the direction of the Sr. Director, Medicare Marketing.  The applicant must be able to assist in managing various print and collateral projects from start to finish, must be solution-based and like to work in a fast-paced team environment. The chosen candidate must also be versatile, tactical, proactive, and able to multi-task, meet extremely tight deadlines, and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Must review and understand the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services Chapter 3 Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines
  • Provide backup to complete projects as needed
  • Communicate effectively on all phases of each project to ensure completeness and accuracy of projects assigned
  • Organize and monitor all agent and retail sales material ordering
  • Proficient at using CustomPoint (Material ordering software)
  • Help agents with the ordering process
  • Track missing or delayed orders through our print vendor
  • Help oversee MRT, Compliance, OIR, and CMS approval and filling processes
  • Review for necessary disclaimers
  • Review copy to make sure that there is a clear and precise message as it relates to our marketing campaign and our Medicare Advantage plans
  • Help manage workflow with the creative department
  • Take the lead for any ad hoc projects that are assigned
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve success
  • Develop strong, positive, working relationships throughout our department
  • Understanding of Medicare or Medicare advantage insurance or a quick study
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Experience with a variety of collateral material
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Highly Motivated, self-starter
 
 

  • BS/BA in Advertising, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years Marketing experience or similar
  • Medicare Advantage Marketing/advertising a plus
  • Strong Project Management Experience
