BTG in partnership with the top ranked Health Insurance company in FL is seeking a CX Human Centered Design Jr. Research AnalystThis position includes a competitive compensation and benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k.
The Human-Centered Design Jr. Research Analyst will provide support to the Sr. Human Centered Design lead on all aspects of design-centered research (qualitative and quantitative) design and implementation. This will include but is not limited to: research scoping, respondent recruitment/scheduling, survey programming, qualitative interview moderating and note-taking, data collection, data analysis, insights reporting. In addition, the analyst will also support the designers on the team on activities such as ideation sessions, journey mapping, and design prototyping. 

Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs - WORD, Excel, PPT, Adobe
  • Basic knowledge of market research design and surveys
