BTG in partnership with the top ranked Health Insurance company in FL is seeking a Care Part Account Support. This position includes a competitive compensation and benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to assigned Senior Care Partner (Vendor) Manager and applicable Tier 1 Care Partner program. The key deliverables include assistance with and support for producing performance scorecards and reporting, execution of performance improvement and/or corrective action plans, and execution of program initiatives and management of related project plans and status reporting which includes coordinating tasks and activities with internal and Care Partner stakeholders. 

Essential Functions

Relationship Management Responsibilities
  • Educate Care Partners on BCBSF processes, products, and procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with assigned internal and Care Partner stakeholders as well as other key influencers
  • Achieve an understanding of Care Partner’s organization and business processes, both formal and informal
  • When necessary and appropriate facilitate the interface between Care Partner and BCBSF staff and management
  • Build strong partnerships with individuals within each of the BCBSF internal functional organizations that correspond to the Care Partner’s delegated or contracted services.
  • Utilize influence, conflict resolution and problem solving skills to recommend and when approved enhance and implement new processes and controls to ensure the future success of the program/services
Program Performance Responsibilities
  • Work with Senior Care Partner Manager on maintaining and producing to the required timeline Care Partner scorecard and program performance reporting
  • Work with Senior Care Partner Manager on development and execution of program initiatives, supporting project plan, and status reporting
  • Work with Senior Care Partner Manager on development and execution of performance improvement and/or corrective action plans
  • Analyze available reports and data for leading indicators of emerging program/service issues or risks
  • Provide awareness about and supporting details and documentation to Senior Care Partner Manager regrading emerging program/service issues or risks
  • Monitor program/service performance to provide value added impact for contract renewal or amendment decision making
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education
  • Direct responsibility for more than one of the key functional processes within a health plan’s internal operations: Medical Operations, Network, Product, Sales, Customer Service & Claims, Member Enrollment & Billing
  • Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
