One of our clients on the Southside area of Jacksonville, FL has an immediate need for a Campaign Manager.  The perfect candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Job Accountabilities/Job Functions: 
Template Development & Management - 50%
  • Create omni-channel communication templates, segmenting content for dynamic assembly 
  • Manage and coordinate all facets of omni-channel communication execution and deployment
  • Monitor receipt of new assets for current campaigns and track any missing and/or needed assets
  • Manage execution of sales/provider communications to internal and external channels
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of tools and channels used to educate and contact members.
Content Management - 30%
  • Create, organize and update existing assets in digital asset library, including meta data additions, updating outdated and inactive assets, grouping assets and cataloging all assets and information used for campaign outreach.
  • Manage inventory and administer content management
  • Manage execution of digital communications (blog, website messages, Alerts, rotating banners), track timing
  • Manage flow of final member communication pieces to support all internal business partners and member website (Touchpoint repository)
  • Manage content calendar system and support communication team in managing orchestration
Campaign Management - 20%
  • Develop targeting criteria using campaign management system
  • Create quality assurance/control steps to ensure that delivered lists meet customers’ targeting requirements and are free of data irregularities
  • Document list selection criteria thoroughly to serve as a reference guide for colleagues performing back-up support
Minimum Required/Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Previous experience working with composition package software (e.g., Sefas OpenPrint, Quadient Inspire (GMC), Open Text Extreme, Message Point or ICIS Papyrus)
  • Experience using Pitstop Pro and/or Fontlab
  • Understanding of/experience with fonts and typography
    • Font encoding (UTF8, Unicode)
    • Character sets
    • How to identify missing characters
  • Experience inspecting/examining output for formats such as .pdf and AFPDS
  • Experience proofing and testing documents in a live production environment 
  • Prior experience with campaign management systems
  • Basic knowledge of application work flows
  • Experience modifying HTML
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Windows software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must be a team player, be organized and can handle multiple projects
  • Positive attitude while working under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting/debugging/problem-solving skills
Preferred Criteria:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
  • Experience in health care and/or health insurance
  • Knowledge of health insurance compliance guidelines related to communications
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders to manage tasks and timelines
  • Interpret technical and business documentation
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
