BTG in partnership with the top ranked Health Insurance company in FL is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst. This position includes a competitive compensation and benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k.

The Analyst - Process Improvement is responsible for leading, analyzing, and facilitating the development and improvement of business processes. This role will utilize analytical knowledge and skills to prepare a variety of studies and forecasts of business conditions and trends, draw relevant conclusions and provide recommendations to the organization. In addition, this position will lead and/or participate as part of a core team in a variety of projects, initiatives, programs. 

Key Responsibilities may include the following: 
  • Act as continuous improvement leader for large projects and proactively coach and mentor business teams with a lean mindset
  • Analyze or oversee the analysis of processes and programs to achieve established goals; provide analyses and recommendations if corrections are needed; investigate to root cause to determine areas of opportunity
  • Train team members on analytical tools and lean techniques; provide guidance and review work of team members
  • Develop project plans and execute delivery of artifacts such as but not limited to: 
  • Current Process Map and Controls - Workflow, Data Collection (metrics, materials, performance, quality, production, staffing, and reporting), and Risk Assessment
  • Business process root cause analysis
  • KPI Gap analysis and problem solving
  • Future State process maps
  • Risk and Control plan
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 5+ years of Continuous Improvement / Business Process Re-engineering experience
  • Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Project Management/Change Management experience
  • Strong facilitation skills, confident communicator, both verbally and in writing with all levels of an organization and diverse audiences
  • Proven experience working with data and statistical analysis
